One on one conversations with Tradesmen.
Purpose: To gain insight and perspectives from tradesmen currently in the field.
PHASE TWO
Summer 2025
THINK TANK
7 Tradesmen met twice a month for 4 months (7 times) for one hour.
Purpose: deeply investigate, brainstorm and strategize ways to improve the lives of Tradesmen. The group designed and delivered phase three of this pilot project.
PHASE THREE
Fall 2025
INITIATIVES DEVELOPED by + for Tradesmen
The tradesmen were surprised to learn how much was available to them that neither they nor their work peers knew about.
Project: The think tank decided to create resource kits they would place on job sites containing community resources and business promos (business promos help destigmatise reaching for the supports)
